Hannah Constandse

I’m a passionate driver of positive change. Trained in product design and mechanical engineering, I combine deep empathy for customer needs with analytical insights to develop innovative and practical solutions. Whether I’m guiding a major sports retailer through transforming its employee culture and creating a more playful and positive retail experience for its customers or helping a construction company ideate solutions to their key stakeholders’ pain points, I know that the best-designed solutions come from understanding the customer experience. I hold a B.S. in Product Design Engineering from Stanford University, where I also earned two National Championships as a member of the Women’s Water Polo Team. I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering at Stanford, focusing on manufacturing processes and bringing products from concept to final product through fabrication in the Product Realization Lab.
